As you know, the COVID (Coronavirus) has been declared a worldwide pandemic. We are taking this pandemic very seriously and taking every precaution to enhance safety to our staff and our customers.

We understand your hesistation to visit the shop. Spirit West will remain open providing our customers with curbside estimates and limited FREE car pick-up and drop-off depending on availability. Enterprise® Rent-A-Car will also be providing FREE delivery and pick-up for rental car service.

How is Spirit West Helping Prevent the Spread of COVID

To ensure the safety of our valued customers and employees, we are following advice from the CDC Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local health departments in taking the following measures:

• We’ve implemented precautions to include additional cleaning of our front counter, collision shop, delivery vehicles, restrooms, and offices. Regularly through out the day, staff will use cleaning products and protective wearing gloves listed by the CDC as effective against the virus.
• Sanitizing keys, key faubs and covering steering wheels.
• Practicing CDC-recommended distance of six feet.
• Insurance companies are also practicing the “Shelter in Place” order. All communication is electronic for sharing collision photos and paperwork.
• Customers can receive a digital copies of their paperwork by providing us with an email address.
• Our technicians, drivers, customer service, and office personnel have been advised of proper hygiene that is important to stem the potential spread of this virus.This includes scrubbing their hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap
• Staff are advised to stay home if they feel unwell or show any signs of illness.
